Our paths were destined to cross for good reason. They are amazing, loving and compassionate people. In this podcast Jeff and I talk about everything from Harrison’s journey to the lessons we have learned.

Having a baby after losing a child was a terrifying decision. It took many years and major courage. We had no way to know if what happened with Harrison could happen again. Harper is our sunshine, our rainbow, our light.

In this episode we talk about the history of our involvement in SunFest a 5 day music festival in West Palm Beach, FL. This year we raised money for Kaden Myers & Lincoln Gorfido.
Over the years we have learned that participating in SunFest provides so much more than money to these children and their family, it provides a space where they can come experience the love and compassion that both our close community of volunteers and the community at large.

In this episode I share one of the most profound and life changing lessons I learned from Harrison during my journey with him and that was to look for what is right in a situation as opposed to focusing on what is wrong. Doing this allowed me to appreciate Harrison and experience all the wonderful things his life created in this world, even to this day.
I share this to both document Harrison’s impact and to provide a message that hopefully can help other families that are going through the challenges of caring for a critically ill child.

Project, Project is what I consider the root inspiration of the work we are doing at Hope From Harrison. During Harrison’s life we experienced love and compassion in a way that I didn’t know existed in this world. So my goal with Project, Project is to project that same love and compassion that was projected to me back into the world to make it a better place.
